Common questions

Lap timing without hardware? Yes, your phone’s GPS times your laps on its own. Pair a RaceBox over Bluetooth for higher-rate, higher-precision telemetry.
Apple Watch: install the watch app from the Watch app on your phone. Start a session from the wrist (the watch times laps on its own, with its GPS or a RaceBox) or from the phone, and the other device mirrors it. Heart rate is saved with the session.
Sharing a session live: start a session and share your race code; friends watch in real time from the Friends screen.
Adding friends and family: in Friends, type their code or scan their QR code. Friendship links both ways at once: they get a notification that you added them, you both see each other go live, and either of you can remove or block the other at any time.
Managing your subscription: subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. In the app, the paywall’s Restore Purchases re-links an existing subscription on a new device.
Deleting your account: in the app, Account > Delete account. This erases your account and server data immediately and cannot be undone.
